The other Olds
Since my employer (DSW) always wanted to use my nice 1987 Ford Conversion Van to deliver computers around L.A. (thus messing it up and burning my gasoline), I finally just sold it, and bought this Oldsmobile 98 Regency Brougham for $3,000 from an old guy in Pasadena. It was in pristine condition, and drove with very little repairs (besides normal maintenance) for 55,000 miles, before everything broke at the same time – and it even had quite decent mileage (for an American car).
The only downside was that the manufacturer obviously never heard of ergonomics… after a short while of driving, everyone’s back always hurt.
